It’s Wednesday- The Peak of the Week. Here are some things piquing my interest on this beautiful Wednesday!! What’s piquing yours?

First, one thing piquing my interest this week is the fact that (If I’ve counted correctly) I have done 73 Peak of the week posts! The first one I did was on January 35, 2017. Maybe I’ll celebrate when I reach 100!
Also, my post yesterday about how grief changes was sadly full of mistakes that I had corrected, but for some reason the corrections didn’t save. I’ll to go in and correct later today! Makes me sad when that happens. One thing I’ve learned about a blog is that people in the know say it’s good to publish quality B work. I usually live by that rule or I’d never hit publish on anything I write!! I don’t consider yesterday’s post to be B quality so that made me sad when I reread it this morning!!
It’s beautiful here today in the mountains of New Mexico! I’m hoping to plant the rest of the flowers I bought over the weekend today. The rule of thumb is to wait until Mother’s Day to plant new plants! That’s hard on this girl who was used to April 1st being the planting date!!
So, what’s piquing my interest? Here you go!!
What Books To Read This Spring
I’m all about What To Read posts! This one is extra special. It includes gardening and nature!!
He Asked Strangers About Things They Regret Not Saying. The Replies Were Cathartic
Interesting concept and beautiful words!
Healthy Mediterranean Tuna Salad w/ Zesty Dijon Dressing
I’m planning on making this next week!!
In Grief- A Lovely Tradition On Mother’s Day
I’m so blessed to still have my mother on this earth! I know many of you can’t say that. I love this tradition to honor mothers on Mother’s Day. I, like this author, remember my dad buying my mom, my sister, and me corsages to wear to church on Mother’s Day. My corsage was a mini of my moms!! What a sweet daddy I had!

Area of the house we are concentrating on– Our yard is finally finished!! I want to do a post, but we now have a lot of work to do since the flagstone and retaining walls are in place. Here are some peeks at what’s been done.

What I’m Reading– Still reading Jo Jo Moyes. I plan to read everything she’s ever written!

This has it all! Amnesia, The South of France, London, A Bad Marriage, and of course A Man She Falls In Love With! It’s $1.99 on Kindle today too!!
What I’m Watching– I’m so happy that RHONY is starting this week! It’s one of my favorites! We are also watching Mare Of Easttown on HBO. It’s good so far!! Have you seen it?

Always fun to see what you’re up to each week, Sharon! We were just talking about picking up a corsage for my Mom this Mother’s Day so I love that you included it. Thank you for the book recommendations too. Hope your weekend is peace-filled and blessed, CoCo
