November 18, 2020 by Sharon

View from my morning walk. Looking toward Santa Fe and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

Here is a list of things piquing my interest on this Peak of the Week! It’s not Hump Day, it’s Wednesday! It’s all downhill from here!

Data Could Hold The Key to Stopping Alzheimer’s– Good news from Bill Gates about his Alzheimer’s Disease Data Initiative.

How about upping your zero waste game. I love these replacements for paper towels from Marley’s Monsters.

Pumpkin Bread with Brown Sugar Glaze– need I say more?

Fresh Christmas Greenery with Free Delivery– Did you know you can order fresh wreaths, garlands, and other greenery from Wal Mart? They offer free delivery too!

Remember when we used to put trains around our Christmas Trees? I want to bring that back! You can shop many train sets HERE.

I love all of the Pioneer Woman items at Wal Mart, but this cake stand is my favorite. It would make a great gift. It also come in white if you have someone who collects milk glass, it would be a fun gift. I have the green and am going to buy it in the white. Can be purchased HERE.

What I’m Reading–

Can be purchased HERE. I don’t like Tell All books, but I kept reading this one because I do feel she was just trying to set the record straight after being made the fall guy from the Inauguration investigation. It does give some insight into Melania.

Battle of Brothers– Can be purchased HERE. I love reading about the royal family. This book gives a quick review of all things royal before it gets into the rift between brothers. It’s good so far!

What I’m Watching–

This is a cute 8 episode 30 minute RomCom. If you like Hallmark Christmas movies, you will like this! I LOVE the scenes outside in NYC- perfection!!

I’m also watching Les Mills On Demand– believe me, I’m not on the couch watching either. I finally realized that my local YMCA is not going to have in person classes anytime soon. I had worked out with BodyPump and BodyFlow for years. Les Mills on demand is the next best thing to in person classes. If you need an at home workout, try it out!!

Last year on the blog- Little Black Dress
