We have quite a few wild fires around us right now. Nothing like what California is experiencing, but still there is a haze that has settled over our mountains. Most of the fires around are out or mostly contained. I sure hope it stays that way. How is the weather where you are? I hope you aren’t in line of one of the hurricanes.
How to arrange grocery store flowers –
I love fresh flowers. I always try to bring some home from a trip to Trader Joes. I’m not good at arranging, however! This post simplifies flower arranging enough that I think I might be able to do it. I’ll let you know.

Area I’m concentrating on at home: Back yard. We are in the process of getting bid for landscaping our backyard. So far, bids have been astronomical!! Now we have to decide what we want to do! I’m ready or great seating/ entertainment areas!

What I’m reading– I’ve just started a new book study with my friend from Texas. We chose, Keep It Shut for our newest read. If you follow me on social media, you know this is a struggle for me!

I also just started a new book by Mary Kay Andrews, Sunset Beach. I read Hello Summer a few weeks ago and really liked it so I thought I would try another one by her. Have you read her before? If so, what do you think?
