
Monthly goals check-ins are very important. I’ve set a goal that I will check in with you on how things are going at the end of every month!! This check-in is something I’m doing for myself so I thought I would add it for you. I hope you find it beneficial!
We are 1/12 of the way through our months of the year. We have already lived 31 out of the 365 days that we hope to be given this year.
The question is How Are We Living those months and days? How are we Choosing Life?
What Are My Goals
The end of each month is a great time to revisit goals that you’ve set for the year or the month. What are your goals for the year? What were your goals for the month of January.
What Went Well
What went well as far as attaining your goals during this month? What do you feel good about? What were some wins that you had this month?
Do My Goals Line Up With My Values
If your goal doesn’t align with your value system, is it worth having as a goal?
What Goals Do I Need To Readjust?
If something isn’t working or doesn’t align with your value system, now is the time to readjust your plans.

The Most Important Question To Ask Yourself- What Did I Carry in January?
You may need to divide this question into a “good” and “bad” list. Some of the things we carry are good for us and can act as great motivation in life. However, some things we carry are not good for us and only weigh us down.
Good List Examples:
Joy, Happiness, Contentment, Wonder
Bad List Examples:
Guilt, Regret, Fear
Identifying what we are carrying into our daily lives is the start of either eliminating the negative and fostering the positive.
